Choosing a house color is a large decision. We use professional Sherwin Williams paint. We confirm the final color with you before we open cans.

Try colors before we schedule

Start with the Sherwin Williams Visualizer. Upload a photo of the room or elevation, test body and trim, then bring those names to the estimate. The visualizer is a planning tool, not a guarantee of how light will hit your west wall at 4 p.m. in August. That is why we still look at the house in person.

Sheen, not just hue

Flat and matte hide drywall texture. Eggshell wipes better in halls. Satin on trim takes fingerprints less than a dead-flat. Exteriors in North Texas sun usually want a sheen that can take UV without looking like plastic. We will recommend a sheen per surface. We will not tell you every wall in DFW should be the same.

HOA colors

Many Collin County neighborhoods review exterior palettes. We help you pick a combination that is likely to pass. We do not file HOA paperwork unless you ask us to be part of that process, and we cannot override a denial. Bring the approved list if you have one.
