University Park HOA considerations

University Park is a city, not a master-planned village with a color binder at the gate. Many streets have no suburban HOA. What you do have is city code, neighbor eyesight, and, on some lots, private deed restrictions. We do not guess unpublished rules, and we do not file city paperwork for paint. Bring any deed-restriction language you have. Brick and stone usually stay unpainted. Interior paint does not go through the city.
