What a garage floor job includes

We look at the slab: oil stains, cracks, moisture, and whether the existing coating is failing. Prep is grinding or etching as the floor needs, then the coating system we quoted. Cars stay out until the film can take traffic. That window is on the estimate because temperature and product change it.

Garage floors are not the $1 per square foot interior wall offer. You get a separate number. We do not invent a lifetime warranty on this page.

Texas heat and the slab

DFW garages cook in summer. We schedule coatings so the slab is not a skillet at noon if the product needs a cooler window. If moisture is coming through the concrete, we will tell you before we pour a film that will not stay. That conversation belongs at the free estimate, not after the floor peels.
