What we wash

Siding, sidewalks, driveways, and patio surfaces that can take pressure without tearing. We set the pressure to the material. Fiber cement is not the same as old wood. We will not blast a surface just because a bigger tip is faster. Soft-wash chemistry is used when that is safer for the finish.

Power washing is not the $1 wall offer. It is quoted at the estimate, either alone or as prep for paint.

Before you paint

Paint over chalk and mildew and the new coat lets go. If we are painting the exterior, washing is usually the first day, then dry time, then prep and paint. In DFW heat that dry window is often short; we still respect it. You get the sequence in writing on the estimate.

FAQ
