What interior painting includes

A typical interior job starts with a walk-through: which rooms, which sheen, and whether ceilings and trim are in scope. We cover furniture and floors with drop cloths. If pieces need to shift for wall access, we move them during prep and put the room back when we finish. We do not haul furniture off-site.

Prep is fill, sand, and tape. We paint as many coats as the color needs. When the last coat is dry enough to live with, we restore the room, remove debris, and inspect the work with you before we call it done. You can live in the house the same day.

The $1 per square foot wall offer

Current wall offer: $1 per square foot including professional Sherwin Williams paint, labor, and materials. Example: a 2,000 square foot house is $2,000 to paint all walls. That is full-house wall painting, not a per-room teaser. Ceilings, trim, cabinets, and repairs beyond normal fill-and-sand are quoted at the estimate so the wall number stays honest.

Color and sheen

We consult on color. If you want to test ideas first, use the Sherwin Williams Visualizer, then we confirm the final color with you before we open cans. Sheen is part of that conversation: flatter sheens hide wall texture; eggshell and satin wipe cleaner in halls and kids’ rooms. We will tell you what we recommend for each space. We do not pretend there is one right sheen for every wall in DFW.

How long a room takes

A typical bedroom can often be finished in a day once prep is done. Open plans, heavy patching, or several colors take longer. You get a timeline at the free estimate so you know which days crews will be inside.
