How the $1 per square foot wall painting offer works
· Gary Plask
inStyle Painting DFW currently paints walls for $1 per square foot, including professional Sherwin Williams paint, labor, and materials. A 2,000 square foot house is $2,000 to paint all walls. This post is the plain-language version of that offer so nobody is surprised at the estimate.
What the number is
It is a full-house wall price for homes we schedule in Allen, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, Celina, Lewisville, and Dallas. Square footage here means the house size you already know — the number on the listing or the appraisal — applied to painting the walls, not a laser measure of every stud bay. If your house is 2,400 square feet, the wall offer math is $2,400. We confirm that at the walk-through.
What is included
Professional Sherwin Williams paint. Labor. Materials. Prep that belongs with a repaint: drop cloths, fill and sand of normal nail pops and dings, tape. The coats needed for coverage. Clean-up. A walk-through before we leave.
What is not bundled in
Ceilings. Trim. Cabinets. Exterior siding. Popcorn removal. Garage floors. Heavy drywall rebuilds. Those are real services we offer; they get their own line on the estimate so the wall number stays honest. If a room needs more than normal fill-and-sand, we say so before we start — not as a change order after the roller is out.
The offer is current as of this writing. If it changes, we will say so on the homepage. Call (469) 777-8281 or request an estimate.
